Service Description

This package is for folks who need assistance exploring, unpacking, and healing unhealthy narratives, beliefs, or behaviors. This package consists of four, forty-minute 1 on 1 session. Session 1: Intake and shadow work tarot spread. Session 2: Shadow worksheets, and astrology. Session 3: Reflect and reframe. Session 3: Self-care and action.
